Employee Relations
- Dinstock will ensure that employees are treated fairly and with dignity and consideration for their goals and aspirations, and that diversity in the workplace is embraced.
- Dinstock will strictly adhere to the Government’s policy on equal pay and the minimum living wage.
- Dinstock is committed to providing equal opportunity in all aspects of employment and will not engage in or tolerate unlawful workplace conduct, including discrimination, intimidation, or harassment.
- Dinstock will not tolerate human rights abuses and will not engage or be complicit in any activity that solicits or encourages human rights abuse.
Environment Health & Safety

Supply Chain
- Dinstock will advise its partners, contractors, and suppliers of its Corporate Social Responsibility Policy, and will work with them to achieve consistency with this policy.
- We do not, and will not, engage indirectly in or otherwise encourage bribery. We are committed to the prevention, deterrence and detection of bribery. We have zero- tolerance towards bribery. We aim to maintain anti-bribery compliance “business as usual”, rather than as a one-off exercise.
- Dinstock is aware of the Modern Slavery Act and will ensure to the best of its ability that modern day slavery is not taking place in the business or its supply chains.
